A little about me...

I play 4 instruments:

guitar/ bass/piano/ukulele!

Playing music since 1975

Originally from New York, I’ve been a West Los Angeles transplant since the late 80’s.

I’ve played in my school band,

in bands with friends,

professional bands.

I’ve done gigs on stages,

in bars, at open markets,

at festivals, at church,

on a boat, and on tours.

Hundreds of hours recording in studio, and even self-producing from professional and home studios.

I’ve played with

Remi Kabaka,

Chris Slade (the drummer from AC/DC).

I’ve played classical, rock,

African Soca,

Christian music,

blues,

funk,

jazz,

pop,

-- just about every style.

Mostly I love World Music

I listen to

Jeff Buckley, Jake Shimabukuro, James Brown, Brittni Pavra,

Jaco Pastorius, Ohta-San, Fela Kuti, Toumani Diabate, Sublime,

Rush, Yes, Black Sabbath, Bootsy Collins, BUCKETHEAD!, Primus

- WAY TOO MANY to name.

But follow me and I’ll share all the tunes I play throughout the day.

I love good music

I can’t stand the crap that gets put out and celebrated.

But I'm not an old fart gripping to the past.

If it’s good, and it’s new - I still like listening to it.
